Page orientation and print quality with C1765NFW [not my problem]

Hello,

I have configured my Dell C1765NFW via WLAN with this driver. Everything works fine, but I'm wondering why the printer won't accept my page orientation setting if I want to print an image?
And the quality (or the colors) looks....weird..but I can't change the print quality from normal to high because there is no high?

Can't I switch the settings with this driver? And can't I change the page orientation???

Thank you for your replies + hints!

My software doesn't know what the orientation is. Not my problem.

For "libreoffice" in landscape its a bug in libreoffice. The workaround is:

$ libreoffice
File -> Print -> dell1765 -> Properties
-> Device -> PostScript Level 1 -> OK -> OK

For lp/lpr using CUPS:

The CUPS -o landscape option will rotate the page 90 degrees to print in landscape orientation:

$ lp -o landscape filename
$ lpr -o landscape filename

This isn't just a bug of other programs...

- Open a jpg in gwenview (or whatever)
- File -> Print -> Dell -> Properties
- Page -> Orientation: landscape
- Advanced -> N-up Orientation: landscape (I've tried with and without this option)

=> the picture comes out in portrait mode
