print from command line [Windows]

Following you instructions I've successfully installed a HP LaserJet 1020 printer on an Ubuntu 9.10 server and was able to print the test page from within CUPS on the Ubuntu Server.

The printer printer is connected on a MS Windows XP machine on the same network. In /etc/cups/printers.conf printer uri is smb://FINANCIJE/PC03/HPLJ1020

How can I print a plain text file or PCL formated file from the command line on the Ubuntu server. I've tried (without success):

cat test.txt | lpr -o raw -P LJ1020
cat test.txt | lpr -P LJ1020
cat test.pcl | lpr -P LJ1020

Thanks for any help.
