CLP-365 needs restart between jobs

I installed the foo2qpdl driver on Linux Mint 14 after complete removing the one provided by Ubuntu.

The printer prints nicely, everything seems to work, except the printer seems to stall between jobs. After finishing the first job after power-on, I seems to be stuck in "Idle - "Sending data to printer.""

I need no power it off and on again to get it to print.

Any ideas?

Do this for a networked printer:
$ cd foo2zjs

$ foo2qpdl-wrapper -z3 -p2 testpage.ps > xxx.prn    # -p2 == A4

$ nc 192.168.xxx.yyy 9100 < xxx.prn
{printed once}

$ nc 192.168.xxx.yyy 9100 < xxx.prn
{printed twice}

$ nc 192.168.xxx.yyy 9100 < xxx.prn
{printed thrice}
What does that say???
