Hello,

I tried to install OKI C110 driver, but when I got to the step "./getweb 110" I get a message saying "Don't know how to get extra stuff for printer 110"

I need help to get my printer working, so could you give some instructions or advise how to get the file for OKI C110?

Did you read INSTALL.osx? From INSTALL.osx
3) Do:
    Finder -> Applications -> Utilities -> Terminal

    If bash is not your shell (i.e. using broken tcsh):
        $ chsh -s bash
        $ exit

    $ export PATH=$PATH:/opt/local/bin
    $ sudo port selfupdate
    $ sudo port install coreutils
    $ sudo port install gsed
    $ sudo port install wget
    $ sudo port install ghostscript

        NOTE: Use ghostscript 8.63 or before OR 8.64_2 or after if you want
        color (i.e. HP CP1215, Samsung, etc..). gs 8.64_1 has a bug in it.
        Reference: http://bugs.ghostscript.com/show_bug.cgi?id=690287

    Ref:
        $ port list coreutils gsed wget ghostscript
        coreutils                      @8.10           sysutils/coreutils
        gsed                           @4.2.1          textproc/gsed
        wget                           @1.12           net/wget
        ghostscript                    @9.02           print/ghostscript

I still get "Don't know how to get extra stuff for printer 110"

For example, HP1215 --> ./getweb 1215 and everything works fine. However, ./getweb 110 and I get message "Don't know how to get extra stuff for printer 110".

Did you follow my instructions above:
$ cd
$ rm -rf foo2zjs # make sure its gone!

$ wget -O foo2zjs.tar.gz http://foo2zjs.rkkda.com/foo2zjs.tar.gz
$ tar zxf foo2zjs.tar.gz
$ cd foo2zjs
$ make
$ ./getweb 110
$ sudu make install

???

You have an OLD version (before 2010-06-15), without the C110 support.

Hi gyus,
I just installed the driver on a Mac OSX Mountain Lion. I got it working after following the steps but it just prints Black/White! Any ideas why color is not working?!

Thank you.
Igor

I am installing driver for C110 in Mac OS X Mountain Lion.

I am installing Foomatic-RIP.

when i input >make
it said :make: *** No targets specified and no makefile found. Stop.

when i input>./configure
it said :configure: error: cannot find a2ps, enscript, mpage, or CUPS' texttops. You need to have at least one installed

when i input>sudo ./configure --prefix=/usr
it said :configure: error: cannot find a2ps, enscript, mpage, or CUPS' texttops. You need to have at least one installed

when i input>sudo make install CUPS=/usr/libexec/cups CUPS_FILTERS=/usr/libexec/cups/filter
it said : make: Nothing to be done for `install'.

when i view /etc/hostconfig
it has no line concerning CUPS. Where should I find CUPS for installation?Are there anyway that I can install Foomatic-RIP?Thank you in advance.

OK, I have find cups here: http://www.macupdate.com/app/mac/24397/cups

However, when I input>./configure

it said: configure: error: Run 'sudo mkdir -p /usr/local/include/sandbox' and 'sudo touch /usr/local/include/sandbox/private.h' to build CUPS.

I am stuck again. Any help would be appreciated.
