Good time of day, everyone.

I have a problem with setup foo2zjs on freebsd8.1, followed by instructions on this thread.
All devices in /dev/usb/* have permissions of 666, /dev/ulpt0 appears and its permissions is 666 too.
CUPS 1.4.6, printer recognized as usb://bla-bla (not /dev/ulpt0) and drivers are visible, but when i print test page nothing happens. In printer status i see 'Idle - "Unable to write 312 bytes to printer!"'

And yes, foo2zjs installed from http://foo2zjs.rkkda.com/foo2zjs.tar.gz, not from freebsd ports.

After connecting this printer to win host, and setting up wifi, i successfuly print test page from slackware with cups-1.3.2, but from cups1.4 nothing happens. Seems like problem with cups.

Reconfiguring and recompiling ghostscript, cups-base and foomatic-filters, and now it works. Thanks all for attention. And thanks for drivers.

With wich options you compile ghostscript, cups-base and foomatic-filters? :)

My P1102 (with FeeBSD 8.2-STABLE) printing only in CUPS that compiled with libusb support (URI - usb://HP/HP%20LaserJet%20Professional%20P1102?serial=000000000Q810RK0PR1a). In case CUPS compiled without libusb (URI - usb://dev/ulpt0), printer doesn't print :( [printer status - processing since]

p.s. I have right permissions for /dev/usb/*, /dev/ulpt0 and my foo2zjs installed from http://foo2zjs.rkkda.com/foo2zjs.tar.gz

From the INSTALL file:

    USB NOTES FOR FREEBSD 8.0 AND GREATER
    -------------------------------------
        $ gmake
        $ ./getweb 1020
            OR other printer, e.g. 2600n
        # gmake install install-hotplug
        # ./freebsd-install

        Use:
            usb:/dev/ulpt0      Device with reset #0
            usb:/dev/unlpt0     Device without reset #0
            usb:/dev/ulpt1      Device with reset #1
            usb:/dev/unlpt1     Device without reset #1
        for the URI.
