Hi all,
I had used this driver successfully in a Linux install updated to around one month ago. But, due to an issue with one updated package (from Linux), I had to reinstall the system (well, I'm a newbie and couldn't fix it). I fully updated Linux last Dec 10.
Afterwards, I tried to reinstall the driver but had no success. I followed the instructions in the INSTALL file: downloaded foo2zjs.tar.gz, untarred, cd'd to foo*/, then sudo make, sudo make uninstall, ./getweb 3530 and sudo make install. make install aborted with the following error:
export: 24: MFP/foo2zjs:: bad variable name
make: ** [install-ppd] Erro 2
Some relevant info from my Linux installation:
Kernel 2.6.32-5-686 i686 (32 bit)
Distro Linux Mint Debian Edition
Could you pls help?
Many thanks,
Emerson
