Color problem with C5250N

Hi!
I'm currently testing the foo2hiperc on my Ubuntu for working with the C5250N printer.
But there's a problem: the colors seem to get mixed up the wrong way: please look at this test page

you'll notice that green is printed as yellow, blue as magenta and so on...
I also get the "falal error" message as discussed in this thread.

May be you are also interested in: ICC Profiles for these kind of printers for inclusion into the getweb script :-)

Please read "CUSTOM ICC/ICM COLOR PRINTER PROFILE" in the INSTALL file and follow the directions.

I don't have this printer.

Hi Rick.

It's working now with the C5250n - and even in color mode. I just changed the information for this model on linuxprinting.org...

To the ICC profiles: the file in my link provides ICCs for every OKI GDI laser printer - not only the C5250. So it might be useful to anyone with an OKI printer...

Thank you very much :-)

Please read "CUSTOM ICC/ICM COLOR PRINTER PROFILE" in the INSTALL file and follow the directions.

ICC is a compromise. It is NOT tuned for Ghostscript and foo2hiperc. You should read and follow the directions.
