In first excuse for the english :-(
If i print directly (from firefox, gimp etc) the colors are too bad, if i decode by hand the ps generated from the program and then send it to the printer the colors are good
An example
robyt:~# foo2hp2600-wrapper -V
$Id: foo2hp2600-wrapper.in,v 1.60 2007/12/27 06:52:45 rick Exp $
$Id: foo2hp.c,v 1.40 2007/12/09 06:57:03 rick Exp $
$Id: foo2zjs-pstops.sh,v 1.11 2007/12/27 06:45:28 rick Exp $

robyt:~# gs --version
8.61

(with color profile 1 or 2 is the same)
I use cups (1.3.5) with HP-Color_LaserJet_2600n.ppd (in foo2zjs source)

What is the URL in the web browser that you are having trouble with?

Printed this: Google: "picture"

Looks fine here with gs 8.61. Took "Default ICM color correction".
Perfect colors, no banding.

Did you use "2-bit Per Plane". There is NO Color Correction for "2-bit Per Plane".

You should use "1-bit Per Plane". There is nice color correction for that.

Also, did you:
$ make
$ ./getweb 2600n     # Important!!!
$ su
# make install
?????

Please do:
$ grep foo2 /var/log/messages
and report the contents here.
