Custom paper size [solved]

Hello,

I'm trying to print to A4 Envelopes and it would be nice to not have not play sizing games to get this to work. I can easily create the proper page size in OOO Writer but I've been unable to get this to print correctly given the printer paper options. Is there a method to allow the printer to use custom paper sizes, or to define A4 envelope so that the printer is expecting this?

Thanks,
Devan

From the INSTALL file:
CUSTOM PAGE SIZE
----------------

    Append "PageSize=Custom.MMMxNNNin" to the lpr command. E.G.

    $ lpr -P hp2600 -o PageSize=Custom.4x6in ~/testpage.ps
    $ lpr -P hp2600 -o PageSize=Custom.10x15cm ~/testpage.ps
    $ lpr -P hp1020 -o PageSize=Custom.4x6in ~/testpage.ps

    Or, use a GUI that allows the custom size parameters, e.g.
    "evince" - PostScript and PDF File Viewer.

Thanks for the heads up, looks like my best shot here is to export the mail merge results to a PDF and print using a viewer that supports custom page sizes.
