when i do make

there comes at the end the error:

ESP Ghostscript 815.04: Unrecoverable error, exit code 1

and when i then do make install and make cups and after that print a testpage oder something else the gamma of the black text isnt changed :(

pls help :(

* foo2qpdl-wrapper: fix it again. NOTE: use only gs 7.07 OR gs 8.54+
to print color!!!! Ubuntu has a problem with gs 8.15!!!

now it works, but the black text in colormode now looks dotted and unsharp :(

I now use GS 8.54.

Search for:

%% Lookup table for Black

150 150 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15                       %0 ... 15

Change 150 150 to whatever you want. Default is 0 1. Report back what you did.

I dont think that it has something to do with the gamma of the black toner.

When you zoom in you can see what i mean.

The first picture is printed in Colormode (btw: the stripes comes from the driver not from the Scanner.)
The Second is a Text printed in Colormode and you can see the dots
The Third is printed in Back/White mode and looks very nice

            and recreate them again.
