i am a computer idiot and in way over my head. i have spent hurs trying to get the new apple to work with my 2300dl. i did down load the driver and i did pay a little money. i am not smart enought o know what to do after the down load is finisched. please please any step by step help.

when i click on the installosx in the box, it asks me what application to use, there is no way around this prompt. i am in the downloaded foo2zjs.tar.gz. ther is no text that shows, only the prompt for application to use

before i accept i cna not do this, am i correct that the xcode required me to register as a developer and that the download is 3 hrs.
