This is likely way off topic. I am a Linux newbie. I have a 2300DL that I would like to share between 4 people in a small office but I would like to capture a log of date and pages printed by IP address so that the supply costs can be more fairly divided. I was hoping I could use an old emachine I own that is too slow to run XP on and load it with a Linux image serving as a print server and somehow capture this data. Can anyone suggest where to get started? Buying a new computer solely for a print server for 4 people is beyond budget. Thank you!!!!!

Hello,

I have problems for adjusting the printing margins in the printer. The paper is printed 1.3' lower than it should be, and it is also a little bit wider than 8.5' (for a letter size paper). Is there any workaround?

Best Regards,
